The Career Connect program is a premium mentoring program for undergraduate students and recent graduates seeking a career in financial services. The program is self-serving through a seamless online platform that allows you to manage your mentee relationship through your smartphone.
Demonstrate your initiative and increase your career profile by becoming a Career Connect Mentor.
This program is flexible to your busy schedule. With rolling intakes throughout the, your commitment spans across three -1- hour either face-to-face or virtual (skype or phone) mentoring sessions with your mentee.
This program helps university students and out of work graduates who are looking for clarity and guidance on graduate recruitment and career pathways in financial services.

Career Builder (formerly The Mentoring Program)
The Career Builder program offers young finance professionals the opportunity for career acceleration by connecting mentees with senior finance leaders to provide one-on-one support. The program is self-serving through a seamless online platform that allows you to manage your mentee relationship through your smartphone.
Demonstrate your initiative and strengthen your career profile by becoming a Career Builder Senior or Executive Mentor.
Your commitment is spread across six-1-hour informal meetings with a young professional (mentee) where you discuss their career plans, career aspirations and challenges they may be facing in a confidential setting. This program is focused on helping mentees transition into more senior roles.
