Alice Tang
Alice Tang is a senior financial services executive with 25 years of experience at Macquarie Group, MA Financial (previously Moelis & Co) and Deloittes. She is now Co-CEO of Amplify AI Group, (www.amplifygroup.ai) a Gen AI consulting firm for the finance industry. Amplify AI Group specialises in Gen AI for the finance industry - helping fund managers and super funds with the A, B, C of Gen AI through - Advisory (AI Strategy), Build (implementation) and Coaching (education).
In her executive role, Alice led MA Asset Management to 2.9x their Asset Under Management from $3.5bn to $10.3bn during her 6 years tenure. Her broad remit includes setting up a data, technology and AI team which help drive the growth of the business.
Prior to MA Asset management, Alice was at the Macquarie Group for 16 years where she held senior leadership positions in investment, fund management and risk and compliance roles. Her career highlights include setting up the digital transformation of the traditional industry with the technology transformation for 1200 global investment bankers and 30 locations through a Salesforce implementation
Alice has mentored disadvantaged students and university students for the last 15 years. Alice currently serves on the UNSW Alumni Advisory Committee, as Secretary of Women in Super NSW and a Committee member of 100 Women in Finance. . She completed a BComm (Co-Op) at UNSW and she has also undertaken her MBA (Exec) with the AGSM. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants ANZ.
