Vanessa Ng is an Executive Manager in Commercial Banking for CBA and is an experienced finance professional who has worked in the banking and professional services industry with a focus on leadership, strategy and change management.

Vanessa has been a volunteer with Plan International Australia since 2015 and is a Director in the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee. Passionate about social impact, equality and education; Vanessa is a qualified Chartered Accountant and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Melbourne.

Anna is the State General Manager, Westpac & Bank of Melbourne, Vic/Tas at Westpac Group. She was appointed to the role in December 2021 and is the multi-brand point of accountability for these two incredible brands in Victoria and Tasmania. She leads a team of branch-based, voice and virtual bankers who deliver essential banking services to customers in the channel that they choose, helping them succeed in the moments that matter. 

Anna has led financial services business’ for more than 20 years, the last 5 years with the Westpac Group. She has experience leading large customer-facing teams of high-performing individuals through economic cycles and is a proven leader through change, helping her businesses and people adapt to new ways of working and grow.  

Anna is passionate about delivering genuine customer value.  She is an active mentor for Women in Banking Finance. She resides in Melbourne, Australia with her husband and four children. 

Jennifer Davies joined NAB in October 2020 and her first role was leading the Group Strategy team, as part of Strategy & Innovation. In this role, Jen had a dual focus on driving the execution of NAB’s current strategy as well as evolving the strategy to ensure NAB remains competitive in a rapidly changing market. 

In Feb 2022, Jen joined the Business and Private bank to lead the Business Everyday Banking (BEB) domain. Jen’s responsibilities include end-to-end product ownership for Business Transaction Accounts, Deposits and Commercial cards, along with running the Deposits Pricing desk for Enterprise. These products have both a run and change agenda, with significant investment in improving NAB’s proposition to simplify and digitise the experience for customers and colleagues. Jen leads the national Specialist Sales teams for both Transaction Banking and Trade Working Capital products, who team up with our Relationship bankers. In addition, Jen has recently taken on the leadership of Marketing & Communications and Strategy & Execution across the Business & Private Bank as a whole.  

Prior to joining NAB, Jennifer was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she spent almost 14 years and has worked across a range of industries on strategy, organisation, and transformation topics. Jennifer’s past work experience also includes roles at Google, Nike, and Exxon Mobil.  

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) with 1st class honours and Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.

Phillip Dolan has a background in mathematics, IT and finance and has held senior positions in industry and academia. He completed his PhD in Finance at Stanford University and is a Senior Fellow of FINSIA and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Within industry he worked for over a decade in the Investment Management arm of Macquarie Bank. Within academia he has delivered courses on Portfolio Management, Creative Problem Solving and Finance. Between 2011 and 2017 he was Dean of the UWA Business School. He presently holds an Adjunct Professor appointment at La Trobe University Business School and is an active angel investor with a particular focus on female founded startups.
