Pauline Gazzard A FIN
Regional General Manager in Commercial Relationship Banking, and Regional & Agribusiness WA, Westpac
Pauline has enjoyed a varied career in Finance and Business. She grew up in Northern Ireland, and worked for Northern Bank, a subsidiary of NAB, for 16 years, specialising in Business Banking. Pauline then moved to the private sector as an Operations Director for a Maintenance and Contracting Group, followed by a General Manager role in a Hotel.
Pauline moved to Perth in 2013, and returned to a banking role in NAB, before moving to Westpac in 2017. Her current position is Regional General Manager, Regional and Agribusiness in Western Australia, where she leads a Team of 25, located from Broome to Esperance! She is passionate about leadership, and helping her team & clients achieve their goals.
Pauline has recently become a Director for Committee for Perth, a future focused apolitical member organisation that positively influences debate and policy to advance and celebrate Perth as a destination to live, work, invest, study and visit.
Pauline has a BA Honours Degree in Management and Business Studies, and Banking Certificate, Institute of Bankers in Ireland. In recent times she has completed additional Leadership Training through Australian Graduate School of Management & graduated from CEDA Copland Leadership Program in 2019.

Ian is a leader with 20 years of experience in financial and corporate advisory services having worked on a variety of capital raising transactions.
He is a founding partner of Leeuwin Capital Partners, which has become one of Australia’s largest independent providers of debt capital advice to businesses across a breadth of industries, most notably natural resources, energy (including renewables), infrastructure, property, financial services and other business services.
Ian is approached to help solve complex capital problems for many Australian and international businesses particularly accessing the global debt capital markets to finance new projects, mergers, acquisitions and other growth ambitions.
Ian holds a Masters of Applied Finance, is a Senior Fellow of FINSIA and a current member of their WA Regional Council.
Matt Sporn (Moderator)

Matt has over 10 years' experience in the Finance and Banking Industry, including roles in Business Banking, Mobile Banking and Regional Management.
In early 2022, Matt launched Otis Finance, which specialises in Home & Investment Lending, HNW Clientele, Small & Medium Business Finance, Personal & Asset Finance, and Debt Consolidation.
He has a strong understanding of the current lending environment, that allows him to work efficiently alongside business partners to deliver exceptional results for clients and financial institutions.
Matt's passion for the industry is supported in his continuous philosophy to learning where he holds a diploma in finance and mortgage broking and is a qualified property investment advisor (PIPA)
