“It was a fantastic opportunity to bring all of our Chairs together to map out plans for 2023 and beyond,” said Yasser F FIN, who thanked New Work Consulting director Julissa Shrewsbury for leading the day-long discussions.
“It was deeply rewarding to return to Sydney this week, working with FINSIA to create and facilitate the Council Leaders' Forum, bringing together Council and Committee Chairs from all around Australia and New Zealand,” said Julissa.
President David Cox F FIN and CEO Yasser El-Ansary CA, F FIN kicked off the forum with thoughtful introductions as to what everyone is working together to achieve for finance and banking professional members around ANZ.
“We reviewed the new Strategy and drafted plans to lead its implementation on-the-ground through FINSIA's expert Councillors, with the commitment and support of a passionate and professional internal team.
“We held five essential discussions and brainstormed actions towards outcomes. And most of all... we networked and spent time (re)acquainting!
“Thank you to all Chairs who participated, either during the engagement process over the last several months, and/or joining us this week in person. Big shoutout to the FINSIA team for all their support in making the day a huge success.”
