Joydeep Hor
Joydeep is the founder and managing principal of People + Culture Strategies (PCS), which is Australia’s leading solutions provider in people management law and strategy. He has been one of Australia’s most high-profile lawyers and legal entrepreneurs for nearly three decades.
He founded PCS in 2010 as a ground-breaking practice in the legal industry and now services hundreds of employers across Australia and internationally, specialising in handling sensitive employee separation issues, matters of workplace bullying and harassment, and developing strategy solutions to organisation’s people management challenges.
Joydeep also wrote and published his first book, Inside Employee Screening, in 1999 and has authored several other books since then, such as Managing Workplace Behaviour, Managing Termination of Employment, and Finders Keepers: A Guide to Attracting and Retaining Great Employees. Additionally, he has been a keynote speaker at countless conventions, conferences and industry events.
Joydeep is one of two lawyers in Australia to be recognised as a Global Elite Thought Leader in Law by Who’s Who Legal. Since 2010, he has also been ranked as a leading lawyer in Chambers & Partners each year.
In regards to his educational background, Joydeep has a Bachelor of Law (Honors) and Masters of Law at University of Sydney. He is also a FAHRI CFCIPD, and a Graduate of Harvard Business School’s Owner-President

Kylie's background in financial service is predominantly in financial advice. She has held a number of roles including the provision of a range of dealer services, operation risk and compliance coaching and support, to employed and self-employed advice channels.
She has also managed a financial advice remediation project.
