The updated FINSIA Code of Conduct 2023 provides additional guidance and information in order to support members to understand and adhere to the expectations of conduct consistent with ethical professionalism in financial services.
In 2021, FINSIA commissioned MIntegrity, a specialist regulatory risk consulting firm, to conduct an external, independent review of the FINSIA Code of Conduct, FINSIA By-Laws and terms of reference for the Disciplinary Committee.
To ensure the continuing relevance and compatibility of FINSIA’s purposes and governance, the Code will be independently reviewed every two years.
