Tania Smyth
Financial Adviser, Morgans
Tania started in the finance industry in 1995 working with some of the major investment banks, accumulating experience in equities and equity derivatives and in funds management, specialising in Exchange Traded Funds.
Tania tailors investments to suit her client’s goals and objectives, specialising in long-term portfolio construction and asset allocation. She favours businesses with strong fundamentals and excellent long-term prospects for investor returns via income and capital growth.
Sarah Emms has over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance with large corporate entities and as an advisor. Prior to CCP, Sarah was Head of Corporate Development at Codan Limited after spending six years in the Adelaide Corporate Finance practice of KPMG.
She has experience in strategic planning, corporate development, project management, investor relations, business valuation, acquisitions and divestments.
Sarah is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is passionate about the transition to renewable energy and net zero emissions.
Fiona is President of the National Council of Women, South Australia. The NCWA prides themselves on being inclusive and progressive in our thoughts, advocating for the rights of women and families and spreading the learning throughout our affiliate organisations and their information ‘up’ to our national and international council member branches and organisations.
NCWA is a national non-government umbrella organisation with broadly humanitarian and educational objectives, which seeks to raise the awareness of women and girls to their rights and responsibilities as citizens and to encourage the participation of women in all aspects of community life. We work with, and across all sectors, to identify and bring about change to ensure that there is equity and security for all in Australia.
NCWA links NCW groups across Australia, each with diverse affiliates, in a federal structure and provides a forum for considered debate on policy matters brought forward by the constituent Councils. We also accept National Affiliates - subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
NCWSA's foundations began in Adelaide in 1902 and has a strong history of advocacy, education and championing of women's rights.
Fiona is passionate about progressing women's rights in Australia, bringing people to the table who can join in the conversation and combining talents and networks. She wants every woman's voice to count so we can close the gender pay and superannuation gaps, and progress financial security and participation nationally.
