What you will learn

This course contains four units and by completing this course you will be able to:

  • Explain the scope and evolution of digital and AI transformation in banking.

  • Describe a range of digital systems, products and models that operate in banking markets.

  • Identify key technology-based risks inherent in the commercial and operational aspects of AI and digital banking.

  • Assess the scope and impact of the regulation of digital and AI technology in banking, and AI and digital banking professional and ethical considerations.

In addition, this course will also support you in the development of a number of key skills, including commercial awareness, cyber security and data literacy.

Course Structure

Delivered: Online, enrolment for 12 months.

Time requirement: Generally completed within 6 months.

Course prerequisites: None.

Assessment: A 60-minute, 40-question multiple choice online, invigilated exam (pass mark 60%).

Assessment fee: An assessment fee is applicable if an exam resit is required, payable to the Chartered Banker Institute.

Outcome: Digital certificate issued by the Chartered Banker Institute.
