Personal and Private Banking
The skills and abilities to fully understand clients’ needs – and provide them with the most appropriate solutions.
DEVELOP TRUSTWORTHY RELATIONSHIPS AND OFFER THE MOST APPROPRIATE GUIDANCE FOR PERSONAL AND PRIVATE CLIENTS.
In every banking scenario, there are often a number of different solutions available – and you can only recommend the most appropriate one when you fully understand your client’s big picture.
It’s essential to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional value to both the customer and the bank. However, in an environment where seamless customer service and speed are expected, that can sometimes be a challenge.
Understanding the balance of these requirements enables you to deliver exceptional service every time.
This course was developed for the Australasian market in association with the Chartered Banker Institute (UK) – the only body in the world able to confer the status of Chartered Banker – and is internationally recognised.
