To become a Senior Fellow, you need to be nominated by either two Fellows or one Senior Fellow.
15+ years of experience in the industry (you must have at least 15 years of experience working in the financial services industry).
Evidence of Significant Contribution or Outstanding Achievement (you will be required to show evidence that you have made a contribution at any point in your career that has made a significant impact on the Financial Services industry and/or demonstrate distinguished service and participation within FINSIA).
