What you will learn
Study is self-paced and takes place online, and students who complete the qualification will be able to use the post-nominal Chartered Banker (when current members of FINSIA).

Please note: each module for Chartered Banker is purchased individually.
Course Structure
Delivered: Online, enrolment for 12 months.
Time requirement: 12 months per module, with four modules requiring completion.
Course prerequisites: None but previous experience is advantageous.
Assessment: An assessment is required.
Assessment fees: An assessment fee is applicable if an exam resit is required, payable in GBP to the Chartered Banker Institute.
Qualification outcome: The ability to use the Chartered Banker post-nominal for FINSIA members who meet CPD requirements and have paid the annual post-nominal designation fee.

MAINTAINING YOUR QUALIFICATION
To maintain your qualification and continue using your Chartered Banker post-nominal, you will need to be a current member of FINSIA and the Chartered Banker Institute. An annual post-nominal designation fee of $77 also applies.
You will also need to complete 35 hours CPD per year, consisting of 21 structured and 14 hours unstructured, with a minimum of five hours in ethics and integrity (as part of structured learning). Graduates of the Chartered Banker program may also be eligible to upgrade to a Fellow membership category.
